Game 62: Braves beat Twins with late run

Summary
Minnesota took the lead in the 2nd, gave up the lead in the 5th and then tied the game again in the bottom of the 6th inning.
Atlanta was able to drive in a run in the top of the 9th that the Twins could not answer and Minnesota falls 3-2 to Atlanta.
Batting
Denard Span was 2-for-5 on the night with a run scored.
Delmon Young and Joe Mauer were both 1-for-3 on the night and both had home runs.
Pitching
Nick Blackburn had 7.0 good innings, but couldn’t drum up enough run support to get the win. Blackburn gave up 2 runs on 6 hits, while getting 5 K’s and giving 2 BB.
Matt Guerrier gave up 1 run on 2 hits and was slapped with the loss.
Notes
The Twins fall to 36-26 while the Braves move to 36-27.
