Some tidbits that showed up last night.

Sounds like legendary Twin Harmon Killebrew will have his gallbladder removed yesterday in Idaho. Not sure what procedure they will be using, but it sounds like he will not be able to make it to TwinsFest.

Twins president Dave Saint Peter says the 73 year old former slugger is doing very well. Killebrew is hopeful that he can make his annual trip to Twins Spring Training in Fort Myers, Florida.

Also not appearing at TwinsFest this weekend will be relief pitcher Jose Mijares. Mijares is currently in Venezuela and is unable to get back to the States because of an issue with his visa.

TwinsFest will start tomorrow at the Metrodome and end on Sunday.
