Paul Bargas diagnosed with brain cancer

Lavelle E. Neal III has reported that Twins prospect Pual Baragas has been diagnosed with brain cancer.
The 21-year-old reliever was obtained in the 2010 trade sending Jose Morales to the Rockies. Baragas was a 13th-round pick of the 2009 draft and was pitching in Single-A in 2010.
Baragas reported to spring training with a “neurological condition” according to the Twins staff. He was sent home to California for further examination.
Baragas received the diagnoses… brain cancer. Baragas is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments and there is no word on his prognosis.
